This Page has been split into two different pages. The "What Didn't Work" goes into the use of texture maps in Houdini and how I was not able to get them to work correctly. The "What Did Work" page goes into the use of cellnoise and procedurally creating the blotches for the decay. Below is the Reference Material used for the process.
